Capacity Building Through the generous support of The California Endowment, The Great Valley Center, and The Irvine Foundation, ninety-six nonprofit organizations in Kings and Tulare Counties participated in comprehensive organizational development activities. The project included comprehensive assessments of participating organizations, development of annual work plans, nonprofit organizations were connected with expert services, and various workshops were held which included grant writing, QuickBooks training, board development and strategic planning.
