Adult Drug Court A jail alternative for substance abuse offenders provided by the Tulare County judicial system. The Program offers intensive services for assessment, individual, group, and family counseling, a comprehensive life skill program, employment readiness, anger management and random drug testing. Adult Outpatient Services Services are offered for adult substance abusers in Visalia and Porterville. Services include assessment, individual, group and family counseling, a comprehensive life skills program, employment readiness, anger management, and random drug testing. Batterers Program A 52- week program for perpetrators of domestic violence. Driving Under the Influence / First Offender Program Services include, initial interview/assessment, individual counseling sessions, and educational classes. Therapeutic group and bi-weekly self-help groups geared toward awareness of the problem. Ther is a three month and six month problem. Multiple Offender Programs Services are designed to meet the population of previous offenders that have re-offended.
