Family HealthCare Network currently has 12 locations throughout Tulare County of which 10 are clinical sites. Family HealthCare Network is a community-based organization governed by a Board of Directors, which is composed of community representatives and patients consumers.

Provides meals, social and health assistance, 
helps with paper work, and looks after

Provides board and care for elderly.

First Presbyterian Church of Exeter

Offers food pantry, snacks and meals.  Programs for youth offered weekly Monday through Friday.  May provide partial payment of utility bill or rent if funds are available.  For worship hours, please contact the office.

First Presbyterian Church of Lemon Cove

Food distribution for eligible families.
Summer Hours: 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
Fall: 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

First Step Recovery Program / Visalia - 1st Assembly of God

anger management (for men only), boundaries,chain breakers, chemical dependency
(men/women), co- dependency, divorce, grief share, and step study group, every men's battle

Folklorico Legacy Foundation

Offers lessons to youth for mariachi and Folkloric dance between the ages of 4 to 20.

FoodLink for Tulare County

FoodLink for Tulare County is a nonprofit food bank providing food to needy individuals and families in Tulare County since 1978.  Over 6 million pounds of food annually are distributed to a network of food pantries and other nonprofit organizations, which directly feed needy families in the surrounding area.

Friday Night Live/Choices

FNL provides  gang free/drug/ alcohol/tobacco free activities to students in grades 11 and 12.  Schools in Tulare County have FNL clubs on campus.
