What Is the Community Conversation?

The Community Conversation is a space where residents and community partners come together to listen, learn, and identify solutions. Through facilitated discussions and local data, participants:

  • Identify the most pressing challenges facing working families

  • Highlight community strengths, resources, and promising ideas

  • Recommend practical next steps for United Way and its partners

  • Connect with people and organizations working toward similar goals across Tulare County

United Way of Tulare County’s Board of Directors considers this community input, along with local data, when setting organizational priorities and making funding decisions.
