Event Overview
On February 23, 2026, more than 70 attendees representing over 50 organizations came together at the Tulare County Office of Education (6200 S. Mooney Blvd., Visalia) for a morning of collaboration and community building.
Those in the room reflected the diverse strengths of Tulare County, including:
City and county departments
Government agencies
Schools and educational organizations
Hospitals and health agencies
Nonprofits of all sizes
Self‑employed community leaders
Local chambers of commerce
This group gathered with a shared purpose: to identify community needs, strengthen partnerships, and help shape the future of Tulare County.

Throughout the two-hour session, participants engaged in meaningful discussions highlighting both opportunities and challenges across the county. Some of the major themes included:
