A New Chapter for community collaboration
September 1 marks the launch of the new Smart Referral Network (SRN).
The SRN was created to help community partners work together more effectively, making it easier to connect individuals and families with the services and support they need. By strengthening collaboration among organizations, the network aims to improve access to resources, streamline referrals, and reduce barriers to care throughout our community.
At United Way of Tulare County, we believe that lasting impact happens when organizations are connected and information can be shared efficiently. The Smart Referral Network supports that vision by fostering stronger partnerships and helping agencies coordinate services to better meet community needs.
