On October 27, community leaders and service providers from Kings and Tulare Counties gathered virtually for the monthly Smart Referral Network (SRN) Alliance Meeting, continuing their shared mission to build stronger, more connected communities through closed-loop referrals.

On September 29, 2025, the Kings/Tulare Smart Referral Network (SRN) Alliance Meeting brought together a diverse group of community leaders, nonprofit partners, and service providers.

The Smart Referral Network (SRN) is a “closed-loop referral software platform” where nonprofits, government agencies, and other service providers can send, receive, and track client referrals in one secure, shared space.
